Peach, prickly pear, citrus, and Green River Honey finished with a Sichuan sugar rim that tingles just enough to make things interesting. Sweet upfront. Bright through the middle. Then suddenly your lips are buzzing a little and someone’s asking how you made it.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Green River Honey
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Prickly Pear Syrup
- 0.25 oz Peach Schnapps
- Sichuan Sugar Rim
Method
- Prepare the Sichuan Sugar Rim: Mix 1 tbsp granulated sugar and freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns together to taste.
- Use a small amount of honey around the rim of the glass, then dip into the Sichuan sugar mixture.
- Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass.
