Our version starts with Green River Honey — made with real bourbon and real honey rested together in-barrel — so you get rich honey flavor without needing to make a separate honey syrup from scratch. Fresh lemon. A little simple syrup. Done.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Green River Honey
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel if you’re feeling fancy.
