Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Green River Honey
- 0.25 oz Green Tea Syrup
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Bar Spoon Passionfruit
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a shot glass.
- For Green Tea Syrup, use 1 tea bag per 100 ml water & equal parts sugar. Steep tea in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bags, then stir in sugar until dissolved.
