Ingredients
- 2 oz Green River Honey
- 1 oz Espresso
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup
- Garnish Miel Cold Foam
Method
- Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Top with miel cold foam and garnish.
- For Miel Cold Foam, whisk the following until doubled in volume and smooth, about 2–3 minutes: ½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup whole milk, 1 oz honey, ¼ tsp cinnamon.
