Ingredients
- 2 oz Green River Honey
- 1 oz Espresso
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup

- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 oz honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Whisk until doubled in volume and smooth, about 2–3 minutes.
How To Make It
Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top with miel cold foam and garnish.
