Most espresso martinis taste like coffee creamer with vodka. This one starts with real espresso and Green River Honey — made with real bourbon and real honey — plus a little vanilla and cinnamon for balance. Smooth. Rich. Not overloaded with sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Green River Honey
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 0.5 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup

Garnish

Miel Cold Foam Recipe

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 oz honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Whisk until doubled in volume and smooth, about 2–3 minutes.

How To Make It

Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top with miel cold foam and garnish.
