The Gold Rush. Made Easier.
Three simple ingredients. One seriously good cocktail.
If you can shake a drink with ice, you can make a Gold Rush.
Our version starts with Green River Honey — made with real bourbon and real honey rested together in-barrel — so you get rich honey flavor without needing to make a separate honey syrup from scratch.
Fresh lemon. A little simple syrup. Done.
Ingredients
2 oz Green River Honey
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
How To Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon wheel if you’re feeling fancy.
Why We Like It
The Gold Rush became a modern classic for a reason: it’s simple, balanced, and hard to mess up.
Bright citrus and real honey sweetness let the bourbon still taste like bourbon — which is exactly the point.
No gimmicks. Just a better Gold Rush.
