Ingredients
1 oz Green River Honey
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Prickly Pear Syrup
0.25 oz Peach Schnapps
Sichuan Sugar Rim
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns
Mix sugar and Sichuan peppercorns together to taste.
How To Make It
Use a small amount of honey around the rim of the glass, then dip into the Sichuan sugar mixture.
Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass.
