Peach, prickly pear, citrus, and Green River Honey finished with a Sichuan sugar rim that tingles just enough to make things interesting. Sweet upfront. Bright through the middle. Then suddenly your lips are buzzing a little and someone’s asking how you made it.

Weird in a good way. Which is exactly the point.

Ingredients

1 oz Green River Honey

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Prickly Pear Syrup

0.25 oz Peach Schnapps

Sichuan Sugar Rim

1 tbsp granulated sugar

Freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns

Mix sugar and Sichuan peppercorns together to taste.

How To Make It

Use a small amount of honey around the rim of the glass, then dip into the Sichuan sugar mixture.

Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass.

Why We Like It

Sweet. Citrusy. Slightly chaotic. Exactly what a good party shot should be.
